- Single Sessions & 3-Month Immersion Sessions take place over Zoom between 8 am and 12 pm ET on Tuesdays and from 7:30 am to 10:30 am ET Wednesdays (Sara lives in France).
- Mentoring is a sacred partnership, one that calls for a deep commitment to your journey. Thus, your purchase is non-refundable.
- Single Sessions and 3-Month Immersion Sessions must be rescheduled at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance by emailing hello@saraavantstover.com.
- 3-Month Immersions expire 3 months after your date of purchase.
- Single sessions expire 60 days after your date or purchase. They may only be rescheduled once, after that, you will lose your spot.
- Sara does not see clients in August or the last few weeks of December. If your immersion falls during that time, it will be paused.
- By mentoring with Sara, you confirm that you have received counseling from a licensed mental health professional in the past and that you know what works for you in a helping relationship.
- You confirm that you can manage the program fee without causing financial stress for yourself or family, and you know that the program fee is non-refundable and that we do not accept insurance.
- Missed appointments and late cancellations will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- Sara is available to communicate on Slack Tuesday through Thursday and will reply to messages there within one business day on those days (i.e. If you send a message on a Thursday, she will reply the next Tuesday.)
- Please arrive for your session at the scheduled time. Sara will wait in the Zoom room for 10 minutes. If you haven’t joined by then, we will consider the session complete. It will not be rescheduled. (If you know you are running late, please let us know by emailing hello@saraavantstover.com)
- Please call in from somewhere quiet, private, and comfortable, and use a headset for the call. Please do not join a meeting when you are outside, in a car, or taking care of young children.
- Prepare for your session by being clear about what you want to work on, and what you would like to accomplish during your time together.
- If you would like Sara to review any material before your next session, please share it in Slack at least 2 business days in advance.
- If you sign up for a 3-Month Immersion and, either through your intake form or your first session, it doesn't seem like we're a good fit to work together, we'll offer you a referral and refund your payment, less the cost of your first session.
- By participating in private sessions, you waive any and all claims you may have against Sara Avant Stover LLC and her staff and release from all liability, agreeing not to sue for any personal injury, death, or damage to the person or property or loss sustained as a result of your participation in sessions.
