- I live in France, and all sessions take place over Zoom between approximately 1 pm - 6 pm CET/CEST (That's 7 am - 12 pm ET/EST) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Mentoring is a sacred partnership, one that calls for a deep commitment to your journey. Thus, your purchase is non-refundable.
- All sessions must be rescheduled at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance using the link at the bottom of your confirmation or reminder emails. All changes must be made through that link — rescheduling via email is not valid. Without at least 72 hours’ notice, the full session fee will be charged.
- You may reschedule sessions up to three times; beyond that, no rescheduling is permitted.
- 3-Month Business Immersions expire 3 months after your date of purchase.
- Single sessions expire 60 days after your date of purchase.
- I do not see clients in August or December. If your business immersion falls during that time, it will be paused.
- Missed appointments and late cancellations will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- I'm available to communicate on Slack on Tuesday and Wednesday, and I will reply to messages within one business day on those days (i.e., if you send a message on a Wednesday, I will reply the next Tuesday).
- Please arrive for your session at the scheduled time. I will wait in the Zoom room for 10 minutes. If you haven’t joined by then, I will consider the session complete. It will not be rescheduled. (If you know you are running late, please let us know by emailing hello@saraavantstover.com)
- Please call in from somewhere quiet, private, and comfortable, and use a headset for the call. Please do not join a meeting when you are outside or taking care of young children.
- Prepare for your session by being clear about what you want to work on and what you would like to accomplish during your time together.
- If you would like me to review any material before your next session, please share it in Slack at least 2 business days in advance.
- By participating in private sessions, you waive any and all claims you may have against Sara Avant Stover LLC and her staff and release from all liability, agreeing not to sue for any personal injury, death, or damage to the person or property or loss sustained as a result of your participation in sessions.
